We will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 3.00 PM GMT will begin processing that day and dispatched via our courier same day. This, however, is not always guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that may face delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

All orders placed after 3.00PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to LMNTS. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please don't send an item back that has been worn, we won't accept it and it's a bit tedious us then sending it back out to you and everyone incurs time and costs. Damages and issues + Shipping Protection

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as best we can. We value our customer's time and energy highly and take this stuff very seriously.

We offer Shipping Protection:

  • Shipping protection is an insurance policy a customer can purchase to get replacements for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit with a courier
  • Most worldwide express couriers cover domestic and international shipments with a value up to £50 against damage or loss by default.

While most deliveries arrive at their destinations on time and intact, there are still inherent risks with shipping products.

If the idea of a damaged order, loss, or theft of your product at the hands of a courier makes you nervous, perhaps you should consider getting shipping insurance.

In this instance, Shipping Protection will take place immediately and a new pair will be sent out to you the very same day.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Where a item being swapped it more expensive than the returning item, we will need to send you a PayPal invoice for the difference before shipping. Where the item is lower in price than the retuning item, we will issue a digital credit note for the difference, in the form of a gift voucher for the website.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it might take a few days sometimes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
